Administration

The Administration and Finance Dept. at City Hall provides administrative, management and financial services as directed by the Rugby City Council.  The staff at City Hall provide public information, answer questions regarding public finance, ordinances and public records, issues licenses and permits, manages water dept. billing, special assessments, payroll, accounts payable, and budget.
